Protocol at the Seminar
We are looking forward to welcoming our Australian and international Sahaja Yoga brothers and sisters to Shri MahaGanesha Puja and Seminar at Uluru, 10 – 13 September 2027.
This will be a very special collective occasion in a unique and sacred part of Australia. To help everything flow smoothly, we ask everyone attending the Seminar to observe the following protocols and guidelines.

Visiting Uluru and Kata Tjuta
Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park has important rules and cultural protocols which must be respected by everyone.
Uluru and Kata Tjuta are places of profound cultural and spiritual significance to the Aṉangu Traditional Owners. As their guests, we ask all Sahaja Yogis to approach the National Park with respect for Aṉangu culture, traditions and their relationship with the land.
Out of respect for Aṉangu culture and the special significance of Uluru and Kata Tjuta, we kindly ask that Pujas, collective meditations, ceremonies and other organised Sahaja Yoga activities are not held on or immediately around Uluru or Kata Tjuta. Any collective activities within the National Park will be arranged as part of the official Seminar program.
When visiting the National Park, please remain on designated walking tracks and in designated visitor areas. Please do not leave the tracks or gather in culturally sensitive, restricted or undesignated areas for meditation, Puja or other activities.
Please observe all signs, including restrictions relating to culturally sensitive areas and photography, and follow directions given by National Park Rangers and staff.
The official Shri MahaGanesha Puja and Seminar activities will take place only at locations arranged by the Puja Seminar Team.
Respect for Country and Culture
Uluru and Kata Tjuta are places of profound cultural significance to the Aṉangu Traditional Owners.
We ask everyone attending the Seminar to respect Country, local cultural protocols, restricted areas, signage and any photography requirements while visiting the National Park.
Our collective behaviour should demonstrate sensitivity and respect for the Traditional Owners and for the land that they have cared for over countless generations.
We are visitors to their land, and it is important that our spiritual practices respect the cultural and spiritual traditions of the people who have cared for this Country for countless generations.
Representing Sahaja Yoga
During our stay at Uluru and Yulara, we all understand that we are representing Sahaja Yoga and HH Shri Mataji through our conduct and our interactions with resort staff, National Park staff, visitors and the local community.
We ask everyone to conduct themselves with the dignity, consideration and respect appropriate to this very special occasion.
Following Seminar and Resort Directions
Our Seminar is being held at a private resort which has its own management, safety and operational requirements.
By registering for the Seminar, you agree to follow reasonable directions provided by Life Eternal Trustees of Australia (LETA), the Puja Seminar Team, Yulara resort staff and National Park staff.
These directions are there to ensure the wellbeing of everyone attending and to help us maintain a harmonious relationship with our hosts and the wider community.
Seminar Program and Punctuality
Please make every effort to arrive on time for Puja, collective meditation, meals, transport departures and other scheduled Seminar activities.
With a large collective and organised transport, even small delays can affect many people. Please particularly follow the instructions of the Puja Seminar Team regarding buses, meeting points and departure times.
Accommodation and Shared Facilities
Please respect your accommodation, shared facilities and the comfort of other guests staying at the resort.
We ask everyone to keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly early in the morning and at night, and to observe any requirements advised by the resort or Puja Seminar Team.
Please also help us to leave accommodation, meeting areas and other facilities clean and tidy.
Children and Young People
Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision, safety and wellbeing of their children throughout the Seminar.
Please ensure that children and young people also understand the importance of following Seminar, resort and National Park directions, particularly when visiting Uluru and Kata Tjuta.
Looking After One Another
Central Australia is a beautiful environment, but conditions can sometimes be demanding.
Please take sensible precautions, including carrying sufficient drinking water, wearing appropriate footwear and clothing, using sun protection and following any weather and safety advice provided by the Puja Seminar Team, resort staff or National Park staff.
Please also look after one another, particularly our elderly brothers and sisters and anyone who may need assistance.
A Collective Seminar
Above all, we would like the Seminar to be a joyful, peaceful and deeply collective experience.
If we all follow these simple directions and cooperate with Life Eternal Trustees of Australia (LETA), the Puja Seminar Team, Yulara resort staff and National Park staff, everything can flow smoothly and everyone can enjoy this very special time together.

By registering for Shri MahaGanesha Puja and Seminar 2027, you acknowledge that you have read these Attendance at the Seminar guidelines and agree to follow reasonable directions provided by Life Eternal Trustees of Australia (LETA), the Puja Seminar Team, Yulara resort staff and Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park staff.
